Sitting in my car after walking through the sketchy Walmart parking lot when over half of the parking lot lights are out makes you very uneasy. Those parking lot lights are so directional, you would think that they would be more of a coverage on those lights. Yet there was lots of little pools of yellow light all thought the parking lot that were not anywhere close to where I parked my car. Upon further inspection all they are lamps with panes of glass in front of them. No lenses or reflectors, I tried to take a picture but all I got was a bright light from the ones that were on and the ones that were off all I saw was a flash reflected off the glass holding the lamp in the housing.
